happy you stopped by to meet Breeze Enterprise. We are a home based business,
in Michigan
that officially opened in 2000. The name Breeze is my surname. I have a huge
respect and love for my family's name, so I named my business Breeze. My
inspiration was handed down from my Grandma Martha, who made soap. My mother
gave me a recipe and I learned to turn it and other products into luxury
products. I have a soft spot for luxury, fragrance and things that are pleasing
to my eyes and scenes of smell. I enjoy being pampered. This is why I seek to
offer you the same, as I would like to have and use for my self. All of Breeze
Enterprise's products are made with as much natural ingredients as possible and
without the uses of machinery. This is why none of our products are 100%
identical in appearance. We make Custom Gift sets, Candles, Handcrafted Soaps, Bath
and Body and a number of other products. We will always be open to your ideas and
request that you may have, in order to customize to fit your needs. If it's for
weddings, Anniversaries, Showers, Office Gifts, New Baby, you name it and we

Our
store hours are, Monday - Friday from 9AM
to 5 PM.
Saturday
1- 4 PM and closed on Sunday.
Store Policies
Ordering:
At
Breeze Enterprise we have no minimums to buy. Prices may change without notice.
Our standard shipping is U.S.P.S . We normally ship
your products on Thursday and Saturday of each week and or within 3 business
days of receiving orders, unless you are paying by check. Your order will be
sent out as soon as your check clears the Bank. This could be 5 business days.
All funds are in US dollars. Shipping: Breeze Enterprises Shipping is set by
our shopping cart and will be figured at the time of your order.

Return
Policy:
All
Bath and Body
products are final. No Exceptions. Due to the nature of our products we are
unable to accept any returns, as we would not be able to guarantee the quality
and purity of returned products to our customers. Defective products will be
replaced with the identical item upon the return of that product. Please Email
us breezeenterprises@comcast.net for a return order number. We will not be
responsible for items returned without prior return order number. Items
returned without an approved return order number will be refused. Note: Once
return order number is given, product must be returned within 10 business days.
After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale will be final.
Out
of Stock Products: We do occasionally run out of an item. In the event we do,
we will ship the order minus the out of stock item and adjust it accordingly on
the invoice.
Shipping Options:
At
this time we only ship in the U.S.
We hope to be able to ship out side of the US
soon. Orders are shipped by USPS. If customer gives an incorrect address/zip
code or reroutes a package from its original destination, customer assumes the
charges incurred for the correction and agrees that Breeze Enterprise may
charge this fee to the customer’s credit card.
Sales Tax:
Sales
tax will be charged for Michigan
residents at a 6%.rate unless Breeze Enterprise has a valid sales tax ID number
on file. Please contact me at breezeenterprises@comcast.net for the exemption
form and return fax number.
Damage
Claims:
Inspect
all packages at time of receiving order. All damaged, defective or missing item
claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery of package. After that time,
the customer accepts all responsibility and will not hold Breeze Enterprise
liable. Report damage immediately to USPS. If US
Postal Service immediately .
Disclaimer:
Breeze
Enterprise
will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products. Any injury
resulting in the use of Breeze Enterprise products will be solely the
responsibility of the customer and said customer releases Breeze Enterprise and
theirs of any and all responsibility in the case of injury. While we do our
best to offer you only the highest quality products, Breeze Enterprise does not
guarantee that any product will be consistent from one batch to another.
Breeze Enterprise
is not responsible for any variations in product. The consistency and scent of
our products may very from batch to batch being refined in the most natural way
possible. We do not accept returns due to these differences. In the event of
loss or damage product, Breeze Enterprise will only be liable for the actual
replacement of the merchandise.
